At some points in life, we have the impression of not liking ourselves that much. A poor esteem of one’s self also leads to the problem of not being able to like and appreciate the values in others. Low self-esteem usually begins at youthful ages as a result of the messages we get from others telling us that we are not OK. It can a well result from failure in School, names other kids call us, and trouble with parents. Upon hearing these messages, we careless of whether they are true or not.
