What Does The Bible Say About Being Valuable?

What Does The Bible Say About Being Valuable? In Christ, we are valuable to God (Matthew 10:31). Psalm 17:8-9 says, “Protect me as you would your very eye; hide me in the shadow of your wings from the attacks of the wicked.” In Christ, you are the apple of God’s eye. He loves, values, and cherishes you. And behold, His love is such that it never fails. God values His children in such a way that even if they go through the deepest darkness, He will protect and keep them safe (Psalm 23:4). Psalm 91:1-4 says, “Whoever goes to the LORD for safety, whoever remains under the protection of the Almighty, can say to Him, ‘You are my defender and protector. You are my God; in you I trust.’ He will keep you safe from all hidden dangers and from all deadly diseases.

The Bible clearly reveals how much God values us, His creatures. Let’s support this by reading from John 3:16 – “For God loved the world so much that He gave His only Son, so that everyone who believes in Him may not die but have eternal life.” Although mankind had rebelled against God, He did not stop loving us. Despite the Fall of Man in the Garden of Eden, God continued loving us. It was out of this love that He handed His beloved Son, Jesus Christ, to be sacrificed as the perfect lamb that takes away the sins of the world. Today, anyone who Believes, Sincerely Repents, and starts obeying the Key Teachings of Jesus Christ is saved from the Fire of Hell and given Eternal Life in God’s Kingdom.

What does the Scriptures say about being valuable?

The Scriptures point to the fact that in Christ, we are of great value to God. God values His children and does everything for their good and well-being (Romans 8:28). Note that God’s children are those who welcome Christ and obey His teachings. Such are those who love God and remain faithful to His commands in Christ. In Jesus Christ, we are children of God. John 1:12 says, “But to all who did receive him, who believed in His name, He gave the right to become children of God.” And behold, God values His children and has great plans for them; plans to bring them prosperity and not disaster, plans to bring about the future they hope for (Jeremiah 29:11).
