Prayer For Debt Cancellation and Financial Breakthrough

The Prayer For Debt Cancellation and Financial Breakthrough which we are about to present is one which is highly anointed for greater purposes. It is time for you to benefit from the fruits of God’s blessings in your life. A life of debt was not in God’s plan when he was creating man. In other words, being soaked in debts is not God’s plan for his children. God wants you to prosper and benefit from the works of his hands. Deuteronomy 28:12 guides us into understanding that God’s will is for his children to live in abundance. It further points out that God’s children while dwelling in abundance will lend to others but not borrow. God is ready and willing to bless those who keep to his commands with more than what their storerooms can contain.

All things are possible with God. There is just nothing on Earth, under the Earth, or in Heaven that God cannot do. Before God, all situations and conditions bow in respect and honor. God has the sovereign power to supernaturally cancel debts in the spiritual realms and make the results manifest in the physical realms. It is in this light that we’ll present an anointed prayer for debt cancellation and financial breakthrough. Do not doubt God but rather doubt your doubts because they are not founded. The scriptures clearly point to the fact that everything is possible for the man who believes in God’s supreme authority. Doubting God’s ability to supernaturally clear your debts and bless you financially will simply keep you far from Divine Favor. What you need in order to experience God in higher dimensions is faith. A Mature Faith is a key to reaching the impossible.

Prayer For Debt Cancellation and Financial Breakthrough

With faith in God, you can also benefit from what a debt-free life holds. No matter the depth of debt that you are into, do not be discouraged because God is still saying something. He has not changed. In the past, he assisted his children who were in debts and he will likely do it again in our days. A move back to the Old Testament in 2 Kings 6 talks of Elisha and the floating ax. This story narrates how an Israelite borrowed an ax for work. While he was working, the ax slipped off his hand and was drowned by the surrounding deep water. Knowing well-fully that the ax was not his, he was worried about how to pay it back. It was then that God sent his prophet to command the ax to rise to the surface of the water. The iron ax came floating.

The above story is a clear indication that God does not want his children to dwell in debts. He is still able to do what he did in the past. We just need to call on him and he will rescue us. We are told by the scriptures that God is the same yesterday, today, and forever (Hebrews 13:8). All we need is faith and an obedient heart to his commands. Before presenting our prayer for debt cancellation and financial breakthrough, it is worth pouring some light on what we mean by debt. In simple terms, debt refers to what you owe or due. The term debt is regularly used to refer to money owed. Those who have been previously in debt can testify that it was not a good exp[experience. Debt is more of a trap that will deprive you of happiness, good health, and peace of mind.

The kind of prayer that brings debt freedom

A prayer for debt cancellation and financial breakthrough is a little different from the other types of prayers. It is more of a scriptural prayer than a simple one. This prayer is highly characterized by decrees. Here, we speak God’s mind to every negative situation affecting our finances and leading us into debts. These decrees are made through the authority in the name of Jesus Christ and by the power of the Holy Spirit. Remember that words have the power to build and to destroy as we are told in the proverbs. It was with words that God created Heaven and Earth through Christ (John 1:1-4). This reveals the power of words that we can use through Christ to construct our financial lives. However, we must always start such prayers by making sincere repentance. This will empower us against every evil spirit responsible for our financial failures.

Anointed prayer for financial blessing

King of Heaven and Earth, I bless your Holy Name. I humbly come before you to request for mercy and financial favor. Father, I know that everything is possible before you. You did it in the past and you are still doing it these days. May your Holy Name be praised today and for all times to come. I thank you for providing all my needs and preventing me from the season of lack. Today, I dwell in the blessings which were given to me through the riches in your glory. With you on my side, I have all that I need in order to successfully unfold my days on Earth. You have never failed me and I know that you will never fail me even in times like this when finances are low and worry invades my mind. Father, help me to be at peace.

Anointed prayer for debt freedom

Lord God of Heaven and Earth, I humbly come before your Holy Throne requesting mercy and debt freedom. I have wandered far away from you and made so many financial mistakes than I can remember. Father, my debts are out of control. I’m currently soaked in debts and I can’t help myself out. Lord, have mercy on me and make a way where there seems to be none. Father, I know that everything is possible for you. Just a word from you will change everything about my finances for the best. Anointed prayer for financial wisdom

Holy Father, I come before you in search of mercy and divine wisdom on how to manage my finances. Father, I pray that the greed of money will not lead me to wander far from your Holy Throne. Lord, may you prevent my heart from being entrapped by the greed of money. Father, fill my heart with hunger and thirst for righteousness and not money. Lord, may I shrewdly use what you have provided for me. Father, always remind me that I am not the owner of wealth but simply a keeper. Lord, touch my heart so that I can continuously bless others in as much as you are blessing me. Father, remind me at all times to lend a helping hand to those who are less fortunate.

Supportive scriptures for meditation

Psalm 1:3 – “He will be like a tree planted by the streams of water, that produces its fruit in its season. Whose leaf also does not wither. Whatever he does shall prosper.” 1 Chronicles 29:11-12 Yours, O Lord, is the greatness, the power and the glory, the victory and the majesty. For all that is in heaven and in earth is Yours. Yours is the kingdom, O Lord, and You are exalted as head over all. Both riches and honor come from You, and You reign over all. In Your hand is power and might; in Your hand it is to make great and to give strength to all.

It is a trap which catches and deprives you of happiness, peace, and good health. At times it leads to severe problems in marriages, families, and even societies. Debt is not something worth envisaging to embrace. We must also not that unto some extent, debts are influenced by spirits from the dark world. It is such that makes men soaked in debts. Luckily, we’ve been given the power to overcome all conditions, situations and spirits through the name of Jesus Christ.

The Law Of Supernatural Debt Release

The Law Of Supernatural Debt Release

The law of supernatural debt release is such that it declares through faith that God’s children are in a state of debt freedom. We are informed by Bible verses about debt that it is not God’s will for us to be soaked in debts. In other words, our heavenly father wants us to be lenders and not borrowers (Deuteronomy 28:12). God’s Holy Will is not for us to struggle all through life with the burden of debts. Our heavenly father does not want us to be slaves of anyone or anything just as the scriptures reveal. Whatever be the situation that you are living, just have in mind that God wants you to prosper. God in his sovereign power on Earth and in Heaven can cancel your debts and declare you debt free.

The Almighty God is able to bless you to live a debt free life as you enjoy the good things which he created for those who love and obey him. Bible verses about debt cancellation and Scriptures on supernatural debt cancellation are all aligned in accordance to the law of supernatural debt release. There exist many supernatural ways through which believers in Jesus Christ can get out of debt and experience christian debt freedom. Remember that God has given us authority through his word which was revealed by the Messiah. The name of Jesus Christ, his key teachings, his gifts and his blood are all full of power and authority to overcome every situation that is not in accordance to God’s perfect will. Hence, by standing on the authority in the name of Jesus Christ, you can launch a supernatural war plan against debt. Such in Christ leads to victory.

The Law Of Supernatural Debt Release through Christ

Indeed, there are supernatural and natural laws which Christians can follow in order to free themselves from the horrible bondage of debt. By law here, we mean a solid and well established principle which works for anyone who embraces it. God’s children who love and obey his commands are highly equipped with what it takes to break free from the chains of debts and enjoy a life of financial freedom. It is faith that you need in order to obtain divine intervention in your financial life. We are are told by the scriptures that as children of God, we walk by faith and not by sight. Thus, you must not allow yourself to be discouraged by the different physical circumstances and happenings. Keep your trust in God who never fails and you will live to testify his goodness.

Instead of doubting God, doubt yourself because you can fail but God never fails. He is able to accomplish all that his word says about you because he is God. By faith here, we are referring to a mature faith. A mature faith is one which has full confidence and certainty in the accomplishment of God’s yet unfulfilled promises. Such a faith goes together with love and obedience to the personality of God. It is this kind of faith which Jesus meant when saying that anyone who has faith in God can move mountains and displace oceans. Look not on your faith because it is weak but keep your focus on that which is offered by Christ. In the light of building your faith, we’ll recommend that you read the following articles:

God will help you to become debt free (Isaiah 50:7)

God is more than ready to help you break off from the heavy chains of debt. Debt is more of a trap aimed at catching and stealing your happiness and peace of mind. Being a vicious cycle of a horrible kind, it has the ability to cause trouble in marriages, relationships, and health. While investment is a positive financial step taken in order to better tomorrow, debt is out to spend your tomorrow before it comes. Review your thinking on this negative financial aspect and launch a spiritual war against it. With God on your side, there is no battle that you won’t come out victorious. For the law of supernatural debt release to work, you’ll need to start by examining your life and making sure that you are following God’s ways.

Sin can block your spiritual blessings from manifesting physically. With this in mind, there are things which you have to avoid like unforgiveness, doubt, hatred, jealousy, and lack of love. By fleeing from sin and obeying God’s commands, he will help you in whatever situation you are into. Learn and master what it takes to be a man of character as you stay out of debts. Face life as a courageous man or woman. If you have to pay taxes or settle some other financial aspects, go ahead and pay or settle them without hesitation. Pray and request God’s help in paying to everyone what you owe them. For the scriptures say that we should owe nothing to anyone apart from our Christian duty of loving (Romans 13:7-8). This is a clear call for integrity among Christians.

How Christians should view debts

There is much in the Bible about debts and how Christians should handle them. From the general point of view, the Bible does not encourage debts among God’s children. Many are asking themselves why? The answer is simple, we are told in Proverbs 22:6-7 that anyone who borrows money is a slave to the lender. And being God’s children, we are slaves to nobody. That’s why we have to stand strong in the faith and speak words of financial freedom into our lives through the authority in the name of Jesus Christ. Stick the saying that “With God I shall not lack” in your heart. For more information about this, read our article entitled what does the Bible say about debt.

In the same sense, we’ll like to take your attention back to the Old Testament in 2 Kings 6:5. We read about a man who was using a borrowed ax and it accidentally fell into the water and drowned. While the people were worried about how they’ll pay it back, God sent his prophet who called the iron ax to float back to the surface. It happened just as God commanded. This is another proof that God’s will for us is to stay debt free. We can as well talk of famous Biblical figures like Abraham, Solomon, and Joseph. They were highly blessed by God in terms of finances. And because we are serving the same God today, He is able to do what he did in the past. That’s why the scriptures say that God is the same yesterday, today and forever (Hebrews 13:8).

The Supernatural War Plan against Debt

A heart full of love that runs after God is the medium through which the law of supernatural debt release is manifested before men and women. Romans 13:7-8 calls on every Christian to walk in love as a way of pleasing God. The love of God and his creatures is the key to having the law of supernatural debt cancellation work for you. God is love and anything done out of love is against his nature. It is love that makes all our efforts in loving and serving God worth something. In implementing a supernatural war plan against debt, make sure that you do not doubt God’s ability to free you from debt. Doubt will lead to no results whereas confidence in him will open financial doors in your life.

In accordance to Luke 4:18, you should rejoice and announce your release from debt captivity through Christ. Decree through the authority in the name of Jesus Christ that you are free from debts. Speaks words of faith to your financial life. Do not be discouraged even if things seem in the physical not to be working the way you perceive them in the spiritual. For we walk by Faith and not by sight. God will turn things for your favor at the time you are not expecting. He is behind the scene doing something for your good. Hold tight to him and you will live to give many testimonies. Remain focus and keep on persisting in your battle against debts no matter your condition.

All Things Are Possible With God

All Things Are Possible With God

Brethren, rejoice for All Things Are Possible With God. Wipe your tears and fill your heart with joy because God is capable. Forget the days of failure because with God, your story must change. Whatever be it that is troubling your peace, worry no more because everything is possible with God. Unto Him is all power in Heaven, on Earth, under the Earth, and in the world to come. So why shed tears or led your heart troubled when you know fully well that we are serving a God of impossibilities. He is who He says He is. We call Him the Most High because there is none like him anywhere. He is a faithful God who never fails. There is nothing we can compare him with. No man can see him and live.

God is all righteous and powerful. With mere words, he was able to create Heaven and Earth. At a twinkle of an eye, he took 7 days and created the Earth together with all that dwells in it. The beauty of the flowers in the gardens and the colorful flying birds are there to testify God’s power. We a breath, He brought man to life and with words, he brought every other thing through Christ to existence. With this in mind, we can say without doubt that all things are possible with God. Truth be told, we cannot fully put down in writing all the impossibilities which God has done since creation. Trying to do this will soon get us exhausted. Look at everything around and you will better understand that God is at work doing the impossible. His weakness begins where man’s strength ends.

All Things Are Possible With God

Still on our saying that all things are possible with God, we will like to take you back to the Old and New Testaments. Remember the days of prophet Elijah in the wilderness. The prophet was tired, hungry, and weak yet his road was still very long. God sent birds to provide him food and commanded the ground to produce for him water to drink. So why worry about the food that you need. If your Heavenly Father is able to feed the birds that do not have storerooms, He will certainly do same for you. There is no need to worry about the cloths that you need to put on. If God is able cloth the flowers in the bush that are far less than you, He will certainly cloth you. Note that even all the expensive cloths of king Solomon couldn’t stand the beauty of the flowers.

Also remember about the children of Israel who were held hostage in Egypt where they were required to work as slaves. Although they were treated as such for many years, God did not forget them. This is to tell you that no condition is permanent. In as much as God remembered the Israelites when they called to him, He will also remember you. And when he remembers you, your situation will change for the best. When the Israelites were faced with the impossibility of crossing the red sea so as to escape pharaoh’s soldiers who were pursuing them, God demonstrated his power. He divided the Red Sea and created a traveling path way for his children to safely cross. God himself was the light on their path to the promised land.

God’s power today

Upon hearing of the impossibilities which God had accomplished in the Old and New Testaments, many are wondering what has become of God’s power. Brethren, stand strong in the faith because God has not changed. That very power in the Old and New Testament is in place. He walked the Earth opening the eyes of the blind, raising the death, healing all kinds of sicknesses, setting free the captives and above all giving eternal life. God is still in possession of this very power. That’s why the Holy Scriptures clearly pointed in Hebrews 13:8 that Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever. He has not changed. That is, He is still capable and he still doing things as he did in the past. Whatever be the situation that you are facing, trust God and God alone. He is able to make away where there seems to be none.

The next question which you might possible be asking is that of how to experience God’s power. That is the power to render possible the impossible situations in your life. Note that the link to your Divine Favor, Miracle, Healing, Breakthrough, Deliverance, and Blessing is Faith. We mean a mature faith. That’s why Jesus Christ said that anyone with a faith as big as a small mustard seed can use words to uproot mountains and displace oceans. That is, unto a man of faith, everything is possible through God. But what is faith? It is the substance of things not seen. That is, it is the certainty in things hoped for. In other words, faith is the certainty in God’s yet unfulfilled promises. It has to do with taking God for who he says he is. Faith is believing in God and obeying the key teachings of Jesus Christ.

The relationship between faith and obedience

We cannot talk of faith without mentioning obedience. Faithfulness to God is keeping his words in obedience. That’s why faith can’t be separated from obedience. Obedience is the acting part of faithfulness. We cannot talk of faith without actions. Such a faith is a death one. If we speak of faithfulness to God, we are talking of the love and obedience that we have for him. Faith will lead you to obeying and walking on every word that comes from the mouth of God. Note that without faith, we cannot please God. That’s why the scriptures say that as Christians, we walk by faith and not by sight. In other words, we’ll say that as Christians, we walk by what God says and not by what we see, hear, or feel in the physical. You can be sure that your eyes will fail you. But God will never fail you.

Always remember that the Devil and his agents use physical sight as way to weaken our faith and prevent us from experiencing God’s manifesting power. In other words, the devil will use physical situations and happenings around you to contradict what God is saying about you. Those who are weak in faith will easily fall and start doubting God’s ability to keep to his words. And the moment you start doubting, you are taking a great distance away from God’s acting power. Remember the story of Peter and Jesus walking on water. Jesus Christ commanded Peter to walk with him on water, Peter stepped out with faith and was walking until the moment doubt entered his heart an he began drowning. This is a strong call to take God for his words without trying to help or assist him in his promises.

What did Jesus Christ mean when he said that “With God all things are possible”?

Mark 10:27 – “But Jesus looked at them and said, with men it is impossible, but not with God, for with God all things are possible.” This saying was clearly passed unto us by Jesus Christ who spoke not on his authority but on that of the one who sent him. Hence, the saying is trustworthy and reliable. It means every single word just as you read. This saying is very popular among Christians. It’s not strange to see it hanging on walls, written on church buildings, and even stitched on cloths and pillows. Some people even write it on their vehicles and other belongings. This leads us to asking the question what did Jesus mean when he spoke these words. This saying can be related to Matthew 19:26 which points out to the omnipotence power and authority of God to do whatever pleases Him.

This very saying echoes across the entire scriptures. In Genesis 18:14, we hear God clearly pointing out to his ability to do all things when Abraham and Sarah doubted God’s promise of giving them a child since they were already too old and could not bear children before human eyes. The saying that all things are possible with God actually means that with God on my side, everything is possible. In other knowledgeable words, we can say that because God is on our side, we can accomplish all things that we wish to do. Although we are weak, our strength comes from God unto whom all things are possible. That’s why we ought not to focus on our strength but on God’s. Unlike our failing strength, God never fails. And in him, we can accomplish all things because we are his children and he is our father.

What it takes to experience God’s power to render possible all impossibilities

Do not look at your situation and be discouraged, rather focus on what God is saying through the scriptures to his children. Hold fast to God’s word and you will live to testify.

Praying at Midnight Testimonies

Praying at Midnight Testimonies

Praying at Midnight Testimonies are just so numerous that trying to put them all in writing will soon get us exhausted. However, we’ll write down a few of these praying at midnight testimonies to boost your faith and display the importance of praying at this particular hour. Midnight, also known as the hour of the third clock is a time when spiritual battles are launched in the heavenly places. It is the very hour in which the devil and his agents execute their major plans against human beings.

During the midnight hours, the body’s immune system is at its lowest. That’s why you’ll notice that many sick people usually die during these hours. That is from 12am to 4am. At midnight, witchcraft is at its peak. While the agents of darkness are making their patrols at this very hour, demonic creatures are roaming the Earth in search of who to devour. That is why we can say without a doubt that these very hours have led to the downfall of so many great men of God.

The midnight hours characterize the burial of great destinies and a bloody killing. But we must not fear because as children of God, we have been given sovereign victory through Jesus Christ who has already conquered the devil. And for sure victory through Christ is a victory indeed. This is a clear call for everyone to take his/her prayer life seriously. That’s why Apostle Paul wrote saying that we should pray at all times.

Keeping watch at night is Biblical. Let’s read from Exodus 12:42 – “The Lord kept watch that night to bring them out of Egypt. So on that same night each year all of the Israelites must keep watch. The must do it to honor the lord for all time to come.

Praying at Midnight Testimonies

How midnight prayers can help

Upon hearing praying at midnight testimonies, people are wondering how efficient it is. Let no one fool you that there is no power in midnight prayers. Across the Holy Scriptures, we realize that most major prayers and freedom actions from the hands of the devil were carried out at midnight. There is no need to doubt as we will detail these stories to you through the following testimonies.

Testimony 1: Paul and Silas freed from prison through midnight prayers

Acts 16:25-26 – “About midnight Paul and Silas were praying and singing hymns to God, and the other prisoners were listening to them. Suddenly there was a violent Earthquake, which shook the prison to its foundations. At once all the doors opened, and the chains fell off all the prisoners.” This is definitely one of the greatest praying at midnight testimonies that we’ve ever heard.

At midnight, Paul and Silas forgot the pains received from a severe whipping for a crime they did not commit and started singing praises to God. Their praises reached heaven and touched God’s heart who did not withhold the angel of liberation from setting them free and defeating the devil at midnight. You can as well read the following articles to keep yourself updated on the manifestation of God’s power in the lives of Paul and Silas:

Testimony 2: Midnight Judgement on the Egyptians

Exodus 12:29 – “At midnight the Lord killed all the firstborn sons in Egypt, from the king’s son, who was heir to the throne, to the son of the prisoner in the dungeon; all the firstborn of the animals were also killed.” Prior to this killing, the Lord had instructed Pharaoh who was holding his children captive to let them go. But Pharaoh was too stubborn to let God’s children go. He continually held them hostage in evil hands.

Pharaoh’s stubbornness led God to take action and display his supreme power. It was precisely at midnight that God defeated Satan and gave freedom to his people. It is in this same light that you can stand with the authority in the name of Jesus Christ at midnight to defeat every satanic authority in your life. At this very hour, you can pray for God to release your destiny and uproot all plants in your life that are not from him.

Testimony 3: The power of darkness rules at night

The third testimony comes from Jesus Christ who pointed out the evil forces ruling at night. Let’s read from Luke 22:53 – “I was with you in the Temple every day, and you did not try to arrest me. But this is your hour to act, when the power of darkness rules.” Through these words, Jesus Christ is clearly pointing out that at night, the power of darkness is at work. And because as Christians, we are in a continuous battle with the evil principalities of the heavenly places, we ought to keep watch.

The best way to keep watch is through night prayers, worships, and praises to God. Also, read our article on the benefits of night vigil. If you are always asleep when the enemy is at work, you cannot expect to defeat him. Many have embraced midnight prayers are their lives have become living testimonies. Close doors in their lives were Divinely Opened. They found favor in honoring God by sacrificing their sleep. God in his mighty ways defeated the devil in their lives and they were blessed abundantly. Listening to praying at midnight testimonies, you are likely to hear that barren wombs were opened, jobless people found jobs, sick people got healed, and those in satanic captivity were freed.

It is in this light that we can choose as children of God not to perceive things from the world’s perspective but from God’s. Where the world sees no way, God can create a way.

When everyone has abandoned and lost hope thinking that it is the end, God makes it the beginning. In the midst of poverty, God brings out riches. God restores hope where there is none. In the midst of sickness, God brings healing. Within the land of tears and sadness, God is capable of restoring joy and happiness. He does all these because he is God. Heaven is his throne and the Earth is his footstool.

It is in this light that we as children of God ought to live by faith and not by sight as recommended by the Holy Scriptures. Without faith, no one can please God. He has given us peace of mind and the power to speak forth things into existence through Christ. Let’s confirm this saying by reading from the Holy Scriptures in John 14:13-14 – “And I will do whatever you ask for in my name, so that the Father’s glory will be shown through the son. If you ask me for anything in my name, I will do it“.

Boost your faith through the Holy Scriptures by further reading from Mark 11:24 “For this reason, I tell you: when you pray and ask for something, believe that you have received it, and you will be given whatever you ask for.” The scriptures point to God’s willingness to provide whatever we ask from Him. Sermon on Paul and Silas in Prison

Sermon on Paul and Silas in Prison

Our Sermon on Paul and Silas in Prison will demystify and reveal what it takes to grow your faith. Through our sermon on Paul and Silas in Jail, you’ll also get to learn what it takes to experience God’s sovereign power. The story of Paul and Silas is worth reading by every Christian. It is of greater importance to those who have consecrated their lives to God’s service.

Paul and Silas were faithful to God even while they were in prison. Their faithfulness led them to experience God’s sovereign power in a supernatural way. After going through a trial in pains and suffering, their faith in God was strengthened as they were filled with more of God’s power. Although everything around was not going as planned, their trust in God was not shaken.

In our sermon on Paul and Silas in prison, we’ll point out the importance and rewards of faithfulness to God. God loves and helps all those who remain obedient to his teachings. And just as he saved Paul and Silas from the hands of their enemies, he will do the same for you. Start by learning his ways and honoring his Holy name. By so doing, he’ll protect you even while you dine on the table with your enemies.

Never allow your condition to determine your faith or trust in God. Satan is always working hard to make things appear out of control so as to catch all those with weak faiths and make them fall. Always remember that God is the rock of ages that never fails. Stand firm on Him and you’ll never be overcome by any satanic agent. Keep in mind that victory in Christ is victory indeed.

Sermon on Paul and Silas in Prison

The mission God gave to Paul and Silas

Paul and Silas were servants of the Most High. They had consecrated their lives to God’s service. Upon proving their faithfulness, Jesus Christ gave them the mandate of preaching the Holy Gospel and winning more souls. They happily received this mandate and took it seriously as they went around preaching, healing the sick, and freeing those in captivity. It so happened that they drove an evil spirit which was giving supernatural abilities to a lady to see the future. After driving this spirit, the lady could no longer work as a fortune teller for her owners.

They got mad at Paul and Silas to the extent that they wanted to kill them. Out of anger, they dragged them to the Roman Officials for trial and punishment. Before the officials, they accused Paul and Silas of misleading people with forbidden doctrines by their laws. They added that Paul and his companion were caught in the very act of causing trouble in the city.

Upon hearing these accusations, the Roman Officials were angry and had Paul and Silas severely whipped. As if this was not sufficient, they had them bind with heavy chains and thrown into prison. Instead of complaining and lamenting, Paul and Silas thanked God for having accomplished his will. At midnight, they were singing and praising God when Freedom came from heaven. There was a violent Earthquake which was so intense that all the prison doors were scattered. The chains binding the prisoners also fell off for the glory of God.

You might be wondering why they prayed exactly at midnight and were liberated. Midnight is the hour of the third clock in the heavenly places. In other words, it is the hour of Battle in heavenly places. Also read why Paul and Silas prayed at midnight.

Faith

In our sermon on Paul and Silas in Prison, we cannot afford to omit the aspect of faith. For it was their faith that led to the manifestations of God’s mighty power. The next question you might possibly be asking yourself is what is faith? Faith is the certainty in God’s yet unfulfilled promises. It is the absolute trust in God that he will always keep to his words. Learn how to put your faith to work.

Remember that God spoke through the prophet, Isaiah, that He will provide help to all those who remain faithful to Him. These reassuring words gave hope and certainty to Paul and Silas. They refused to look at their strength and surrounding situations but chose to focus on God alone. And as we can see, they were not disappointed. Their enemies fell in shame before them in acknowledgment of God’s power in their lives. You can as well learn what it takes to activate your faith to walk in impossible dimensions before men.

Discouragement

Although everything around Paul and Silas was giving them reasons to be discouraged, they were not. They were innocently whipped to the extent of leaving wounds on their bodies yet they remained standing on the rock of ages. Satan gave them sufficient physical reasons to be discouraged by they did not. They refused to be led by their physical eyes in accordance with the scripture that says children of God live by faith and not by sight.

Although they had severe wounds and pains on their bodies, they did not stop praising God. Their pains and persecutions gave them a bigger reason to pray and sing the more. Their voices reached heaven and brought back divine intervention. It’s time for you to stop complaining and start praising God. For he is aware of your suffering and hardship. There is power in praise. Have faith that he will not live you without a blessing just as he did with Paul and Silas.

The Power of midnight prayer

Apart from faith, midnight prayer is another vital lesson to learn from the sermon on Paul and Silas in Prison. There is power in midnight prayer to set free and destroy all satanic plans. Satan and his agents generally step out at midnight to execute their main plans. This is the hour in which many destinies are buried and stars covered. It is the hour of the third clock which usually involves battles in the heavenly places.

Christians ought to learn from Paul and Silas and start taking midnight prayers seriously. Remember that Jesus Christ has given us the power and ability to overcome all evil principalities in his name. Claim all your stolen blessings and send destruction to all plans of the devil against God’s children. For more info, read why Paul and Silas prayed at midnight.
