Joseph Ayo Babalola University (JABU) is a private University in Nigeria which provides a platform to encourage learning and research. Here, undergraduates learn how to manage, control, and monitor real estate activities across the country. Selling plots of land is one of the things which students taking this course are taught. This course trains estate managers who are liable to control household estates for private owner(s). Estate managers have several duties among which are hiring and firing household caretakers.

To be accepted in the college of humanities for any of the above mentioned courses, you’ll need to meet certain standards. Babalola was a fast learner who took only 15 days to learn what it takes to drive a caterpillar. At the end of his 15 days, he was able to fully drive without the guidance of a tutor. This qualified him to become one of the company’s steamrollers driver. It was on the 1st of April 1928 that Babalola was first given a steamroller to drive for the construction of Osogbo-Ilesha road.
